These cardio and strength classes are encouraged for beginners and anyone who feels that our regular blue and green classes are sometimes, well, just too much.
Also ideal for people who deal with knee, hip, back or shoulder issues, these classes are designed to not have to offer you modifications because the workout is already modified for YOU.
Important to note that any class with a white triangle on our regular schedule is Age Smarter appropriate. At least one Age Smarter class is offered per day.
