From May 2nd to June 8th The U is offering a FREE 6-week at-home workout pilot to new moms.

When: Tuesdays/ Thursdays 10:30-11AM

Where: The U’s Virtual Studio

Who: Mom + Baby is welcome, but not required

Whether you are sore from holding your baby for hours on end or healing postpartum, these 30-minute sessions will focus on improving lower and upper back support, core connection and pelvic floor health.
