With a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health and Human Performance from Roanoke College, Jessica aims to help her clients understand how their bodies were destined to move by focusing on functional fitness. She achieves this armed with over a decade of experience in producing results, and her knowledge obtained through certifications acquired from respected institutions such as NASM, AFFA, TRX and PaddleFit.

As a mother of two, Jessica’s pregnancy and postpartum recovery following her first child inspired her to broaden her impact. This led her to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist for pre/postnatal women.
