When it comes to wellness, Kate takes a “big picture” approach that weaves together movement, nutrition, mindset and accountability. With several years of experience specializing in women’s fitness, she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Foundations certification from Fit4Mom.

Kate is also a Certified Accountability Coach through MHP, bringing a unique perspective to support clients beyond workouts and nutrition. As a mom of 3, she understands the complexities of balancing life and wellness, and she believes accountability is often the missing piece to creating lasting change.

Her philosophy is rooted in building momentum — “one healthy decision leads to another.” Kate believes every journey is unique and meets each client with creativity, sensitivity, and encouragement to help them reach their goals in a way that truly fits their life.
