Welcome to Your Reset Perks!

The Reset program includes two perks — choose either Health Coaching or Personal Training.

Your first session should be booked during Week 1 (April 12–18) and your second session during Week 4 (May 3–9).

Please Note: After selecting your perk, choose the week’s date to view available times and book your session.

All health coaching sessions will be conducted virtually, while private training sessions will be held virtually or at our Stamford, CT location.
