Kings Mini-Camp
Building a Bigger Engine
June 10th to June 21st, 2024
Kings Mini-Camp provides active and prospective teammates the opportunity to establish a new level of physical strength and off-ice recovery tactics to prepare for the 2024-25 season.
An initial evaluation sets the stage for their training needs, using trackable data to lay the groundwork for their programming and serve as ongoing encouragement, support and education throughout the program under the guidance of The U’s Training Director, Carl Battinelli.
The goal is to have the group exit the program better suited to take the success of the trainings further within the developing culture of the entire King’s organization.
After completing the initial two weeks of on-site training, athletes will return home with an additional 4-week individualized training program through Coach Carl's Performance Concierge Service.
This premium digital service will include weekly check-in's, trackable metrics within each programmed workout, and ongoing expert guidance from afar.
