Meet Our Specialized Coaches

Jordan Napolitano

Armed with a passion for athletics and hands-on clinical experience, Jordan’s ultimate goal is to help people improve their quality of life at any age. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Southern Connecticut State University, and is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and an NSCA Certified Special Populations Specialist (CSPS). With over 12 years of experience working as the head athletic trainer at Stamford High School, as well as being involved with direct patient care in a physical therapy setting, Jordan’s approach is inherently therapeutic and progressive in nature. He is proud to work consistently with a wide variety of clients ranging from young athletes trying to perform their best to seniors trying to live their best lives and everyone in between. 


Brian Fama

Brian brings over 20 years of experience in strength and conditioning, working with clients of all ages and abilities — from general population to competitive athletes. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning from Sacred Heart University, where his graduate research focused on the acute effects of self-myofascial release on lower extremity plyometric performance.

Brian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), ACSM Exercise Physiologist, USA Weightlifting Level 2 Advanced Sports Performance Coach, and a USA Powerlifting Club Coach. He also holds ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.

His professional experience includes metabolic testing (resting and VO₂), exercise stress testing, and specialized work in cancer exercise rehabilitation. Brian takes a data-driven, individualized approach to training, helping clients improve strength, performance, and long-term health.

A lifelong athlete, Brian has competed in powerlifting and spent over 15 years racing motocross. His own experiences with injury and recovery shaped his passion for helping others build resilience, restore function, and perform at a higher level.
