Lisa Swanson
Performance Coach
A self-proclaimed, “fitness junkie” from an early age, Lisa was hooked on exercise until she threw out her back. It was this debilitating injury that introduced her to Pilates as part of her recovery, ultimately inspiring her to make a career change.
Studying anatomy with Jason Brown at Zenyasa Studio in New York, Lisa’s knowledge of functional anatomy, biomechanics, and sequencing strategies deepened, enhancing her ability to assess and perform injury rehab protocol. Her education includes certifications in PEAK Pilates (All Apparatus), Stott and IM=X Pilates, TRX, and AFAA group exercise. She is also a certified personal trainer through NASM.
Lisa’s curiosity of movement continues with The Movement Optimization program for Prehab and Performance through Rehab-U, where she is working towards her Level I certification. Her ultimate goal is to help every “body” redefine their movement for better living.
