WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM

The off-season will always remain the undisputed time of the year to challenge new limits within your physical performance and skill development as you aim towards a successful 2024 season.

Placing an emphasis on mastering the basics while also meeting the sport-specific needs of each individual athlete, this program’s training curriculum and expert guidance will take your game to the next level.

Participants will gain early exposure to reactive multidirectional speed, explosive rotational power, as well as progressive strength training methods and recovery modalities to fuel individual long term athletic development.

Meet Your Coaches

 

Carl Battinelli

Director of Training

With extensive, multi-sport experience, Carl’s background includes physical assessments and programming for collegiate and local athletics throughout the Tri-State. His talents, which have been applied to athletes of a variety of sports ranging from baseball to basketball to football, include incorporating elements of biomechanics, movement analysis and prehabilitation.

Carl’s approach to training is rooted heavily in teaching and applying the finer points of technique to achieve tangible gains in performance. He believes in safely and efficiently progressing competitors through sport-specific protocols to excel under their individual sport’s demands.

He holds a bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from The University of Connecticut, as well as being a nationally recognized Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and a Strongman Coach.

 

Jordan Napolitano

Head Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Jordan’s passion for athletics and his hands-on clinical experience informs his philosophy on strength, health, and performance. He has over 9 years of experience working with athletes as well as the general population in both high school and physical therapy settings. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Southern Connecticut State University and is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He strives to help people achieve healthy athletic careers as well as healthier daily lives. Jordan focuses on building a solid fundamental base of support and progressing from that base to achieve each client’s individual goals.
