  • Whether you are parent of a student athlete, or a coach of a team, we have options to address your needs. Designed and Directed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, our programs assure that athletes are progressed safely and in a manner that is conducive to their specific goals. Programs are offered in a private, one-on-one setting, or can be tailored to accommodate an exclusive group or team.

  • Led by The U’s Founder and CEO, Suzanne Battinelli, the ultimate goal with this training is to help athletes understand that being a strong competitor requires one to embrace both their strengths and their weaknesses.

    Sessions or workshops are conducted through words and movement, including an interactive discussion to determine necessary areas of focus and improvement and a challenging total body workout catered to a specific sport or skill.

    Sessions or workshop series can be held on-site or virtually.

  • Experience the motivation and camaraderie shared in a group, with customized sports specific workouts for you and your teammates. Groups are capped at 6 participants.

  • Athletes are strategically paired with the proper coach to guide in the proper progression for reaching desired goals. Options are also available for semi-private training.
