  • For those who prefer the safety and privacy of a one-on-one session, our team of coaches is on hand to address your needs and produce results. Clients are strategically paired with the proper coach to guide in the proper progression for reaching desired goals. Options are also available for small group training, which features all of the benefits of a private session, but with accommodations for up to 5 clients. Available at our Stamford facility, in-home and through our Virtual Gym. 

  • Whether you are parent of a student athlete, or a coach of a team, we have options to address your needs. Directed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, our programs assure that athletes are progressed safely and in a manner that is conducive to their specific goals. Programs are offered in a private, one-on-one setting, or can be tailored to accommodate an exclusive group or team.

  • If it was as easy as “eat this, not that,” everyone would be doing it. At The U, our health coaches guide you through a progressive process of cleaning out your diet and incorporating lasting habits into your day-to-day. More of a lifestyle makeover than a quick fix, the results from this approach are tangible and significant. Available in-person as well as virtually in one-on-one and small group settings.

  • This service shouldn’t be considered a luxury, but rather an integral part of your feel-good routine.  Our licensed massage therapists specialize in relieving aches and pains, aiding in muscle recovery, and boosting circulation to improve immunity.  Options are available in 60- and 90-minute time formats, as well as for athletes and seniors. On-site at our Stamford location and in-home options are available.
