Initial at-home fitness assessment reviewed by Coach Carl to establish your starting point
One OR two (you choose) private group workouts in the Virtual Gym conducted live with Carl’s eyes on you
NEW: Exclusive On Demand calisthenics (read: body weight) workouts with SVB designed to compliment your training progression with Carl
NEW: Guided audio tracks with SVB to teach you how to coach yourself through prepping for and reflecting on each week (2 tracks per week).
Two educational, motivation and shenanigans-filled podcasts with the bosses
Check-ins with CB and SVB as needed for tough love and pats on the back
NEW: Option to participate in the mindset component only, receiving all audio tracks and On Demand

Tuesdays at 6AM EST with Carl
Saturdays at 8AM EST with Carl
Both workouts are conducted by Coach Carl. You will either choose one of the days or both. See FAQs if these times are not convenient for you.
Please note that you will automatically be enrolled in both the Tuesday and Saturday sessions upon choosing the C-Suite pricing option.
